What to expect
This 9 week course will guide you through 3 sessions per week; one being a Group Session, the other 2 you complete in your own time. Each session is designed to last just 45mins. You'll start with a mixture of walk/run intervals, gradually building up the amount of time you spend running, until you're able to run continuously for 5k again!
Coming together as a group will allow you to meet like-minded people, find the support and motivation we can all do with at times, and you may even find a buddy you can partner up with for your sessions during the week.

For this to be viable, motivating, engaging and successful (for all) a minimum group size of 4 is needed for the course to run. To give the course the best chance of going ahead as planned, don't delay and enrol today! You can even enrol your friends or partner for additional support (go on...surprise them!).
If unfortunately the minimum course number is not met within 48hrs of the start time the course will be cancelled. You can choose to receive a full refund or be allocated a place on the next planned course.
