16 week block

Coached race training

During this starter block a full picture of your running history, fitness levels, time constraints and race goals are established and agreed to construct the right plan for you.  16 weeks structured training should prepare you for your first attempt of distances up to 30 miles, or up to 50 miles for more experienced runners (depending on current fitness levels, injury status and running history).

1hr fitness test to establish custom heart rate thresholds

Coaching (Continue)

12 week block

Coached race training

These blocks of 12 weeks allow you to continue to train towards race distances beyond 50 miles at a reduced cost (and are only available after the initial 16 week starter block).  Having built up a detailed picture of you, your response to training and a workout history the weekly time demands on planning become slightly reduced and therefore cost savings can be passed on.  Additionally this block does not include; a consultation, fitness test or historical running data analysis.

Custom Training Plan

12 week plan

Self directed race training

If you're confident you can guide and stick to your own training, and just want a plan personalised to you rather than an off-the-shelf plan, this could be for you.  You will receive 12 detailed weekly plans at the beginning of the training block, personalised based on your; fitness level, goals and time constraints.  However after you've received your plans it’s up to you to commit and follow through on them.  You'll also need to pay close attention to your recovery and course correct where necessary.  It you struggle with motivation, are unsure how you might respond to missing workouts/weekly targets, injury and poor recovery or you need detailed, specific coaching and feedback on performance you’d be better off with the coached race training options above.
