Service Description

A low intensity c.5k run wrapped around a 10min Move+Flex workout. The run offers a good mixture of trail and road on varied routes around the East Linton countryside.  The workout focusses on; movement skills and flexibility. WHO'S IT FOR? -All runners capable of completing a 5k in under 40mins -Newer to running, coming back from injury or a prolonged break from regular exercise -Looking to build aerobic fitness or recovery from the weekend long run
