Training on Demand
It seems like we're all busy, all of the time these days. If your diary doesn't allow you to join the Group Training sessions, or maybe you just prefer to workout at times and places that suit you, then this on demand platform is for you.
New workouts are released weekly and vary in format and objective to ensure you develop total body strength, muscular endurance, increased mobility and better movement patterns.
Each workout is supported with a video demonstrating technique for all exercises. Very little gym equipment is required for the workouts focusing instead on; body weight exercises you can do anywhere, the use of common household items or playing with the environment around you.
