Service Description
We meet in East Linton park (around the Skatepark area). After a short warm up we head out for an Easy-Moderate effort run; allowing plenty of spare lung capacity for chat! Routes/durations vary each week (c.45-60mins), taking in a mix of trail and road. The purpose of the workout is to support a strong aerobic base and leave you fresh enough to take on your longer runs over the weekend.

Cancellation Policy
By making this booking you agree to RUN3SIXTY's Cancellation & No-Show Policy and the Memberships and PAYG T&Cs. Specific to Group Classes: -If you cancel a session, within 48hrs notice or more, you will be offered a refund (less an admin fee; 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP) or a credit towards a future session. -If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice no refund will be made, however you will be offered a credit towards a future session. -If I cancel a session you will be offered a full refund or a credit towards a future session. -No-shows will not be refunded and no credit will be offered.
