Join us for a varied mix of speedwork drills; designed to develop your speed, comfort with running at pace and ultimately performance! Based on 'track' work (circuits of football pitch), the session is adapted for all levels. No one gets left behind, everyone sees their performance improve. WHO'S IT FOR? -All runners working on any distance -Runners looking to improve; speed, lactate threshold, VO2max and running economy

Cancellation Policy

By making this booking you agree to RUN3SIXTY's Cancellation & No-Show Policy and the Memberships and PAYG T&Cs. Specific to Group Classes: -If you cancel a session, within 48hrs notice or more, you will be offered a refund (less an admin fee; 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP) or a credit towards a future session. -If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice no refund will be made, however you will be offered a credit towards a future session. -If I cancel a session you will be offered a full refund or a credit towards a future session. -No-shows will not be refunded and no credit will be offered.
